BACKSTAGE MAG #3 JULY 2023 INTRO BY FRANCK BLONDEL, PRESIDENT OF PAC EMEA The economic situation in Europe did not improve in the first quarter of our fiscal year. The war in Ukraine continues, inflation rates remain high and the exchange rate continues to be unfavorable for us. Nevertheless, we have devoted our energies to restructuring the PAC EMEA subsidiary and succeeded in achieving our operating income target in Q1. Our new sales team organization has enabled us to work more effectively with all our distributors, customer service is largely up and running, and our logistics center in Belgium will be a one-stop shop for all brands by the end of the month, once Magnat and Heco products have been transferred. CONTENTS In May, PAC EMEA took part in the Munich High End trade show for the first time.
