Amateur Football Alliance: Par cipant Engagement Plan EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Amateur Football Alliance is a people business, and the success of the organisa on is driven by the engagement we have with our members. We wish to deliver a footballing environment that both befits the needs of and is representa ve of its members. The membership is made up of County FA volunteers, league administrators and volunteers, club administrators and volunteers, players, coaches, and referees. To deliver our aims, the Alliance is required to engage with its par cipants through several different means, with the impact and result of those interac ons helping to shape future decisions made by the organisa on. We currently do this through a mul tude of engagement methods and events.
