This is key to deliver a better skilled, more productive, happier, and as a result, a more effective organisation. This Amateur FA People Plan is our recognition of the importance of our people, detailing the commitments we are making and outlining how we will deliver against them. We provide the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of participants in football on a regular basis, putting the equity principal front and centre.
