This exhibition is about fake news. Our goal was to create a front page from a tabloid. We started by determining the theme of the article. Then, we chose a picture or created a CGI (computer generated image) to illustrate our lead story. After that, we wrote the main article for the front page related to our theme. Finally, we laid out our presentation so that it looked like a real newspaper. To create a tabloid effect, we added details like adds, “masthead”, a “secondary story”, “jump lines” and headlines that catch the eye. The goal of the project is to warn people about fake news in a humorous way. To finish, we have a message for you, readers : always check information and sources, so you don't get scammed by fake news.
