Code of Ethics Student Institution This project creates a code of ethics for XYZ which is a fictional company that manufactures agro based chemicals. Included are the ten codes of ethics, reasons for the inclusion, how these codes will be implemented and their importance from both employer and employee perspective. The fictional company is engaged in product research and development. Employees are professionals who interact with each other and clients at various levels of production. The primary goal of this company is to engage in professional research and come up with best agri- chemicals that serve local and international clients. While farmers and dealers visit the company for firm guidance, the company employees also visit the firms for inspection.
