PT BERKAT CIPTA ABADI (POP - C) THE CONCLUSION ON HCV & HCS STUDY 1. PT Berkat Cipta Abadi (POP-C) has obtained the Minister of Forestry Decree on the Capitulation of Forest Area No. 328/Menhut-II/2011 on an area of 14,525.80 ha and the Decree form the Head of National Land Authority of Indonesia on Cultivation Rights on an area of 13,665.01 ha (No. 50/HGU/BPN-RI/2013). This area was managed by PT Prabu Alaska, a timber company, since 1994-1997; and since 1997-2005, it was managed by another timber company, PT Tunas Sawa Erma. The capitulation agreement/ settlement of customary right have been given to the customary holders. 2. The High Conservation Value in PT Berkat Cipta Abadi (POP-C) consists of HCV1, HCV4, HCV6 with an area of 1,556.48 ha (10.71 % of the total area of PT Berkat Cipta Abadi (POP-C)). 3.
