One of the main requirements of the Bologna Declaration is the organization of the educational process by the European Credit Transfer System, which has become a new technology for our higher and secondary specialized educational institutions. This system provides "transparency" of curricula and academic recognition of educational programs, reflecting the structure of the curriculum, the teaching load of students, and the results achieved by them in the training process. At the same time, this system guarantees students’ academic recognition abroad and allows them to continue their education in other higher and secondary specialized educational institutions.
