There are two words you don’t need: You need: two eggs, one potato, one onion, some oil, some salt, a frying pan Peel and wash the potato and then slice it. Cut the onion into small pieces. Pour the oil into the frying pan and add the onion and the potato, when it is hot. Break and beat the eggs in a bowl. Add some salt and mix well.
