Bidah Many people are thinking, that bidah means "anything the Messenger of Allah (saw) didn't do". Others are confused when it comes to the meaning of bidah; there are two main confusions many people have. The frst confusion is the statement of people who claim, that there are "good bidahs". Although they derive to this conclusion by misunderstanding of some ahadith, it means nothing else than – and we seek refuge to Allah from this – "the Messenger of Allah (saw) didn't come with the best and there is something lacking; that's why we had to come up with good bidahs".
