Avalon Center 2022 Annual Report THE VOICE House Resolution Every year, through The Voice, we report the names of individuals, foundations, churches, civic groups, and businesses that have supported our work through generous donations of money, time, and expertise. We strive to also provide clear information about the development of research-based programming, our accomplishments, and our challeng- es. Certainly for me, one highlight of the year came in December, when I was notified that Avalon would be receiving a commendation from the Virginia General Assembly for contributions to the Commonwealth. State Delegate Mike Mullin and Senator Monty Mason co-sponsored a Joint Resolution honoring Avalon. Several staff traveled up to Rich- mond together to receive the Resolution. My hope, as you read through the annual report this year, is that you will share in that recognition with us, as a partner in our mission.
