In the fall issue of Czech Film, we speak with director, scriptwriter and producer Václav Marhoul about his long-awaited feature The Painted Bird, which was selected for the main competition of the Venice FF. We also focus on other Czech films in Venice's Official Selection: SH_T HAPPENS and Extase.
