Taking part in a “24-Hour Online Detox,” they unplugged from all digital devices for an entire day, shifting their focus toward intentional, offline living. The Experience Without the distraction of notifications and feeds, students immersed themselves in mindful and grounding activities. They rediscovered the joy of simple pleasures, spending their day: Exploring nature and enjoying the outdoors. Engaging in creative expressions like drawing and painting. Diving into literature or practicing relaxation techniques. Reflection & The Mindfulness Journal To anchor their experience, students curated a personal Mindfulness Journal.
