FIRST CULTIVATION IN THE LABORATORY We raised daphnias in five separate and different cultures to prevent a mistake killing all of them. Culture 1: In Aquarium with abundant water, an oxygenator and minimal administration of nutrients. We incorporated algae (Chlorophyta, Hydrodictyom). Culture 2: In an open tray, without an oxygenator and with abundant organic debris (water of the pond of the fish farm where we picked them up). Culture 3: 250 ml beaker, with many organic remains and without an oxygenator. Culture 4: Aquarium of smaller capacity than the first, without an oxygenator. Culture 5: Green water with an abundance of algae in the fund accumulated during a month, without an oxygenator or administration of other nutrients.
