Audience Research Primary audience - The individuals toward which a marketing campaign is directed (Target Audience) The age of my primary audience will range mostly from 16 – 25. This category are the ones that read magazines the most as they enjoy and it is relevant to their lives with the things and the topics the magazine talks about allowing them to enjoy it. Because of this I will need to make sure that the artists in my magazine fits this age group which will help as they will be able to understand and relate with them. The demographics of my music video is 16-25 so they will be in the D and E categories meaning they are mostly students who are either unemployed or have part time jobs and that they share the same interests e.g. Music and Partying. Secondary audience - Secondary audience is the groups of people who are not likely to buy use your product but can exert an influence on your primary audience & play an important role in their buying decision e.g. children or friends.
