Uploaded 2023-07-02: Per publicly available information, Vivek Ramaswamy is not a "natural born Citizen" of the United States and thus is not constitutionally eligible to serve as President and Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. military, an office he is now running for. A "natural born Citizen" is a person born with unity of citizenship and sole allegiance at and by birth to only one country. Vivek was born with citizenship in two countries. U.S. by place of birth. India via his parents who were nationals of India and not U.S. Citizens when Vivek was born. Thus Vivek was born with dual citizenship and divided allegiances at birth to two countries. Dual citizenship is not permitted by the U.S. Constitution per the founders and framers original intent meaning, purpose, and understanding of the constitutional term "natural born Citizen".
