Change will not come if we wait for some other person, or if we wait for some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” ― Barack Obama Freemasonry and change are words which traditionally have not been heard in the same sentence, but change is inevitable and indeed essential if we are to pass our wonderful organisation on to the next generation for them to enjoy as much as we have. In 2018, we have continued to migrate our administrative functions to the UGLE Adelphi System. We have taken out first steps down the Membership Pathway and are currently launching the Masonic Centres Initiative. In July, we moved our Provincial Meetings to Parc y Scarlets, which was generally received as a great success. The final change we are making in 2018 is ceasing to print and distribute hard copies of the Year Book and the West Wales Mason Magazine, which will save us all thousands of pounds.
