Biography: Bartolo II"Buddy" Valastro or Bartolo Valastro Jr. (born March 3, 1977), better known as Buddy Valastro, is an American pastry chef, businessman, celebrity and philanthropist. He is best known for the reality tv show series Cake Boss. Of Italian descent, he was born into a family of pastry chefs. He was then raised in the town of Little Ferry.
