The Genesis Scandi... A couple of month’s ago a knife came in for submission to the 2018 Gear Review Expedition. I had heard about L.T. Wright Knives before, but had not handled one in person. From the first glance I really liked the Genesis Scandi. On the surface, it’s about as plain Jane as a knife can get...no gimmicky features or exotic steel here. It’s a stripped down work- ing man’s knife with nothing fancy to boast about. Unless you take it’s performance into consideration. When you do that, there’s a lot to be liked with this guy. I reached out to the man himself, L.T. Wright, and had about an hour’s worth of conversation learning about the man, his, business, and a whole lot more that I wasn’t anticipating.
