Travis Scott - Butterfly Effect Analysis Travis Scott’s music videos are always very unique and intriguing. One where I think in particular shows a vast knowledge of editing and filming is his Butterfly Effect video. This starts off with an extremely fast flash of him sitting on a gold car which then switches to him laying down featuring someone on a bike with a helmet in the back of the shot. These very quick shots foreshadow the whole video, as Scott with the gold car and the biker feature a multitude of times throughout. Also where Scott is laying on the car there are orbs, created by a lens flare, which suggests the sun is coming in from the right side of the shot therefore explaining the brightness and saturation of the scenes - it creates a sense of happiness and nostalgia as the tones are very much vibrant and almost glowing golden.
