SOLICITOR’S​ ​DISCLOSURE​ ​STATEMENT​ ​REQUIRED BY​ ​REGULATION​ ​206(4)​ ​–3 Under​ ​the​ ​Investment​ ​Advisers​ ​Act​ ​of​ ​1940 To:​ ​Gallant​ ​Media​ ​Enterprises​ ​Inc. Gallant Media Enterprises Inc. (“Consultant”) AND Dvdendo, Inc. (“Firm”) have entered into a written agreement dated and effective as of ​August 30, 2017​, pursuant to which the Consultant has undertaken to contact those persons or organizations whom he believes may wish to utilize the investment advisory services of Firm, and to recommend to such persons that they entertain a proposal for such services by Firm. In return for the Consultant’s services under this agreement, Firm has agreed to compensate the Consultant with a cash referral fee in an amount equal to ​US$20.00 per open funded account opened by clients who have been introduced to it by the Consultant.
