1/ Create an Adobe Account on Adobe.com 2/ Clean-up your HOST file : erase all adobe host 3/ Update (if you haven’t the last version) your Adobe CreativeCloud Desktop Application ; if update not install properly, use « Adobe Creative Cloud Remover Cleaner.exe » to uninstall it then run « CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe » to reinstall it properly (Folder « CreativeCloud_DesktopApplication ») 4/ Launch Adobe Creative Cloud application, login with your account 5/ Click on « Update » button for Photoshop for example, then Check « Erase old version » and « Transfert Preferences Files » 6/ After Update and install Photoshop CC 2015.2 (aka CC 2016) is finished go to Preferences of Adobe Creative Cloud application and clic Disconnect. Then quit Adobe Creative Cloud application. 7/ Disconnect your internet connection. 8/ Launch Tasks Manager of Windows and Kill all process of Adobe like : « Creative cloud », « CC Library », « Core Sync », « Adobe IPC Broker ». In Services Tab, stop Adobe Services too.
