ALEMITE HIGH PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE WITH WHIP HOSE Alemite now offers our reliable, proven high pressure grease control valve with a whip hose (Models 6320-A and 6320-B). Combining the convenience of an 18-inch flexible hose with the durability of the control valves’ carbon steel construction, the new models are ideal for applications requiring access to tight spaces or corners. The whip hose has a burst pressure rating of 20,000 psi, and the heavy-duty control valves have an operating pressure of 5,000 psi. The versatile control valve delivers continuous flow with the trigger fully depressed or measured, preset amounts of grease with the trigger partially depressed. There is also a Whip Hose Conversion Kit (343096) to retrofit existing 6320-3 control valves.
