Eureka, CA: Wayne Caldwell, CFP®, Premier Financial Group’s former President and current Chairman of the Board, has donated $5,000 to the North Coast Paramedic Program at the College of the Redwoods to purchase two electrocardiogram (ECG) monitors. These monitors represent the latest in lifesaving technology and are used to provide hands-on experience and practice that improves EMT students’ confidence and proficiency.
Though Wayne Caldwell and Premier Financial Group have long been committed to giving back to the community — through donations to St. Joseph Hospital, the Eureka Symphony, annual financial literacy scholarships, and support for many local non-profits — the donation to the North Coast Paramedic Program at College of the Redwoods had a very personal catalyst.
