Tracking sheet for Axiom® cutting instruments usage This table enables to track the number of uses of cutting instruments from Axiom® REG/PX and Axiom® 2.8 surgical kits. Before first use and after each surgery, all components must be decontaminated and sterilised following the manufacturer’s recommendations (cf Axiom® REG/PX and Axiom® 2.8 User guides). For high performance and optimal clinical results, it is recommended that all cutting instruments are limited to 20 uses.
