Thanks to the Power of photojournalism many people have reacted and become aware of the war. Indeed, Nick UT whose real name is Huynh Cong UT, was born on 29 March 1951 in Long An, he is a photographer, reporter and journalist. He is famous because he took a photo of a naked little girl (Kim PHUC) burnt out who is running, screaming in pain with other children and soldiers. This photo was taken on June 8, 1972 is the napalm bombardment of a village of Trang Bang by the South aviation Vietnamese. Nick UT, speaking Vietnamese, can communicate with them so he transports Kim and her family to a hospital. After 14 months of care and 17 surgical operations, Kim Phuc is saved. She now lives in Canada with her 2 children. She was appointed UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador in 1997. Thanks to this photo, Nick UT won the Price of the Pulitzer Prize for News Photography.
