The Vice-Chancellery of Open and Distance University (VODU), the Faculty of Education and the Doctorate in Education of Universidad Santo Tomás, have organized the III national and I internacional PhD. in education student´s colloquium: latin american and the caribbean higher education facing their present and future that is going to be held on June 2th. and 3th, 2017 at Aquinate building in Bogota Colombia.
The objective of this Colloquium is to show the advances of researches of doctoral and postdoctoral students in education and related sciences, as well as the bets on the transformations facing the education of the 21st century, which is mediated by epistemological challenges of various kinds; analyzing authors, theories, problems, methodologies and contributions from the broad context of socio-cultural and educational development in Latin America and the Caribbean.
