Donations will be accepted at the Municipal Building starting October 13th and ending November 13th to ensure a timely delivery. See page 10 for a list of accepted donations. OLD ORCHARD PARK After 20 years in the making, families in the southern area of Franklin Park will soon be able to enjoy a new recreational facility. Improvements at Old Orchard Park are nearing completion. The park is located on Rochester Road between Old Orchard Road and Sandhurst Drive. Improvements include a multi-purpose field, picnic pavilion with restrooms, tot-lot, sand volleyball
