Internal Memorandum To: All office staff members. From: Gavin Stead, Managing Director. Date: 19.01.2021. Subject: Workplace Health and Safety/ trolly use when handling and storing office supplies. It has come to my attention that there is an immediate safety issue in the office environment in relation to handling and storing office supplies. Therefore, effective tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. all office staff must use the provided WHS trolley when moving office supplies. This applies to all office staff as well as temporary staff members and contractors who may be visiting the site. As an organisation, we have a legal obligation to workplace safety under the NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and NSW Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017. Your direct manager will brief you in trolley use tomorrow morning and your cooperation is appreciated.
