Unauthorised requests for notes that you have not purchased will lead to automatic 24 hour account suspension from access to all of our files. Please note: Our system cross references your Google account for your order name/email in our databases. Once a similarity is found, we will then manually check our database again for your order and finally give you full access to your purchased notes. This usually takes 15 minutes from the time you request access, but please allow up to 24 hours. Make sure you check your invoice to ensure you click only the products you have purchased.
