PGW Auto Glass, LLC an LKQ Company 51 Dutilh Road, Suite 310 Cranberry Twp., PA 16066 USA September 20, 2018 To All Branch Customers of Glass Products: The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has issued notice of an additional 10% tariff beginning on September 24, 2018, increasing to a 25% tariff beginning January 1, 2019 for a list of products imported from China. This list includes the following products: • 7007.11.00 Toughened (tempered) safety glass, of size and shape suitable for incorporation in vehicles, aircraft, spacecraft or vessels • 7007.21.10 Laminated safety glass, windshields, of size and shape suitable for incorporation in vehicles, aircraft, spacecraft or vessels Due to these actions by the USTR, and like many U.S. industries today, PGW Auto Glass is forced to pass through this additional cost.
