Mr. Rolando Baballo, as he claims, is an analyst in Shell Business Operations – Philippines and other officers of Shell who condoned the former’s actions, failed to pay the balance of their reservation contract on the facilities of West Nuk Beach Resort and Vista Venice Highlands Resort in Morong, Bataan. He demanded a full refund when he cancelled his reservation on the day of their event and couldn't understand why his deposit was forfeited. Unable to get a full refund, Mr. Baballo blackmailed ZOE and its officers on lies posted on Facebook and many blog sites as long as he has not received the refund. A court case is now being prepared for libel, slander and other defaming activities and for damages he has caused ZOE Resources and its officers.
