PIC 1 Quick Technical Information Updated 6/30/26 Outrigger (LB 82) Auto Level/ Level Calibration Fault Pad Switch Indicators Condition: Unit will not Auto Level/ Tilt Sensor Calibration Failure Required: 2.5mm Allen key Red LED 1. Verify all outrigger footpad lights illuminate when outriggers are on the ground. (Auto Level Towable sequence does not engage unless all 4 outrigger switches are active, If any don’t illuminate troubleshoot outrigger pad switches) (PIC 1) Green LED 2. Ensure Tilt Sensor is correctly mounted. (X axis arrow pointing to front of machine.) (PIC 2A /2B) 3. Calibrate Tilt Sensor. (If Calibration fails see Calibration Failure steps) PIC 2A 4.
