His art is displayed all over Volusia County. This year the work of New Smyrna Beach artist Steve Hardock will represent one of the largest art events in Volusia, DeLand’s Fall Festival of the Arts. The 2015 art extravaganza depiction — to be displayed on festival posters and Tshirts — was revealed Sept. 3 at the Athens Theatre, DeLand.
