Back to work, Role play Guidelines The participants will form two separate groups. One representing the manager, Mr Bernardski. the other representing the employee :. In each group, there will be a moderator, a guardian angel and an actor playing the part either of the manager or the employee (according to the group). The guardian angel is to support the actor in case she/he runs out of ideas (prompting, whispering questions and answers in his/her ear, following up decisions made by the group). The two groups will be working on a fictitious case study. The enterprise GAMECRATE is a specialized shop somewhere in Western Europe. IT is a successful retailer with great deal of video games, consoles, accessories and the latest preorder games.
