When the OLP DCP (Selective Receiving) Client-Side 1+1 Protection Group Coexists LPT and Protection Switching Occurs on the Protection Group, the Current Non-Working Channel Reports the LPT_Active Alarm Publication Date: 2012-08-12 Views: 2 Downloads: 0 References: 0 Issue Description When the OLP/DCP (selective receiving) client-side 1+1 protection group coexists LPT and protection switching occurs on the protection group, the current non-working channel reports the LPT_ACTIVE alarm. The networking is shown in the following figure. The LPT is enabled on the OTU board and a client-side 1+1 protection group (OLP/DCP selective receiving) is configured on both ends. When the optical fiber between OTU1 and OTU3 is cut, protection switching occurs on the protection groups on both ends. In this case, the service is normal. The current non-working channel (OTU1 and OTU3) reports the LPT_ACTIVE alarm. Alarm Information LPT_ACTIVE Handling Process
