BISD administrators announced Thursday that current BMS assistant principal Jerry Estrada will assume that campus’ top job beginning with the 2016-17 school year. Estrada will assume the role following the departure of Aaron Waldrip, who was hired last month to take the helm of the Wellman-Union School District as Superintendent. BISD Superintendent Tanya Monroe told the Brownfield News Thursday that Estrada was “the natural choice” to fill the principal’s position at BMS. “This was an easy decision,” she said. “We had to
