The West Texas ISF was honored recently during the Workforce Solutions South Plains 15th annual Awards of Excellence Banquet. The awards banquet was held at the Lubbock Country Club, where Ruth Hughs, Texas Workforce Commission, commissioner representing employers, was the keynote speaker. Many South Plains businesses were honored during this awards banquet. The Local Employer of Excellence Award was given to the West Texas ISF.
