BSN PROGRAM HEALTH HISTORY WRITE-UP FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT • You will need a family member or friend, preferably someone who is 65 years or older as your volunteer to be your patient BEFORE YOU BEGIN • The terms included here may not be familiar to you. If they are not, look up the terms in your medical dictionary or text glossary. • DO NOT use medical jargon; translate into layman’s terms during.
