Opening Devotion/Prayer: Pastor Joe led the group in prayer. 2. Approval of Agenda: A motion was made, seconded and carried. 3. Executive Session: Pastor Joe was excused and no minutes were kept. 4. Board Reports: Pastor Joe gave an update on staff goals and ministry initiatives. Key highlights include: ● Vacancy in the CDC director role is taking priority ● The Life Stages ministry launched the Discipleship Map. It’s helped boost engagement across all age groups, with solid participation and continued growth both online and in person. ● A new payroll/HRIS system was rolled out in April and there’s progress being made on performance reviews and financial planning processes. ● The Care and Prayer ministry strategy te
