Submitted by: Megan Ties Approved on: July 22, 2026 Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church Plymouth, MN Board of Directors Meeting Minutes June 3, 2026 Attendees: Jim Parkhurst, Megan Ties, Senell Jastor, Steve Carnes, Paige Fellows, Steve Hoem, Tim Johnson, Pastor Joe Behnke, Dave Nelson 1. Executive Session: Session was held without Pastor Joe and no minutes were kept. 2. Opening Devotion/Prayer: Pastor Joe led the group in prayer. 3. Approval of Agenda: A motion was made, seconded and carried. 4. Board Reports: ● Fall ministry series “Rooted”: gives us an opportunity to return to the foundations of our faith. Stewardship Series: On Purpose is stewardship series designed to help us recognize that our lives are not accidental and our resources are not random. ● Small groups evaluating how to ensure we continue growing and making room for new members. ● VBS: enrollment cap is almost reached; will need to close enrollment soon. ● Worship team: Continuing efforts to strengthen both engagement
