Submitted by: Megan Ties Approved on: August 14, 2026 Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church Plymouth, MN Board of Directors Meeting Minutes August 6, 2026 Attendees: Jim Parkhurst, Megan Ties, Steve Carnes, Paige Fellows, Tim Johnson, Pastor Joe Behnke, Dave Nelson Absent: Steve Hoem, Senell Jaster 1. Opening Devotion/Prayer: Pastor Joe led the group in prayer. 2. Approval of Agenda: A motion was made, seconded and carried. 3. Executive Session: Pastor Joe was excused and no minutes were kept. 4. Board Reports ● Worship Audit and Proposal: An audit was conducted of the Worship Team to assess workload and clarify role responsibilities. The results of this audit were discussed along with possible options for better alignment of responsibilities and work hours, while ensuring worship needs are appropriately supported. ● BSLC Framework and Strategic Plan: Pastor Joe provided the board with a 5 year strategic plan for BSLC ministries. The board discussed 4 priorities outlined in the 5 year plan.
