PEDRO OJEDA ESPARZA * RESUMEN Existe un gran hermetismo en la población respecto al consumo de los alimentos transgénicos, ya que estos han sido satanizados por la falta de información de los mismos. Siendo el objetivo del siguiente artículo brindar orientación respecto a los posibles beneficios y riesgos, que conlleva el consumo de estos productos. SUMMARY There is great secrecy in the population regarding the consumption of GM foods, as these have been demonized by the lack of information about them. As the aim of this article provide guidance regarding the potential benefits and risks, caused by the consumption of these products.
