The Cities in Transition network The Cities in Transition network was initiated in 2015 by the City of Grenoble. It is a learning network driven by local authorities cooperating and exploring new ways of responding in order to support and help local transitions succeed. It consists of exchanges of good practices and skills between local authorities on the major challenges of economic, ecological, social and democratic transitions. Today, more than 50 local authorities are committed and are exchanging within the Cities in Transition network.
