Brolga Vol 14 Number 4 December 2025 Radjah Shelduck (Steve Kerr) BirdLife Capricornia Contents We have had another amazing year of birding Trip report: Kangaroo Island 2 with many highlights among a wide range of field Aussie Bird Count 4 trips. Unfortunately despite two attempts our Field trip: Cania Gorge 4 weekend trip to Blackdown Tablelands did not White-headed Pigeon 5 happen. On the first occasion in May the park Cecilia Prest retires to Bribie Island 5 was closed for road maintenance and on the Bird of the Year 6 second in November it was closed due to bush Cheetham Salt survey 6 fires. We will try again next May.
