¿WHO IS THE BABUSHKA LADY? The Babushka lady is a nickname for an unknown woman present during the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. In 1963 in Dallas Dealey Plaza at the time President John F. Kennedy was shot the people that was there saw a woman holding a camera who might have photographed the events but she was never seen again. The FBI based on the information obtained from the witnesses was looking for the lady but they did not find her, but she can be seen in photographs of the event. Eyewitness Maria Rodriguez said “I am sure I saw a woman with a head scarf at the moment of the shot, she was holding a camera when everything was happening and then she disappear with the crowd”.
