STUDENT LIBRARY CODE OF CONDUCT THE LIBRARY IS A FACILITY THAT ALL STUDENTS ARE WELCOMED TO USE IN SUPPORT OF THEIR STUDIES. IN ORDER TO ENSURE FAIR USAGE CERTAIL RULES HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED: THESE ARE DIVIDED INTO 3 CATEGORIES: 1. STUDENT BEHAVOUR: • Students must enter the library noiselessly. • Proceed to the librarian’s desk with query. • Submit query and follow librarian’s instructions. 2. COMPUTER USAGE CODE OF CONDUCT: • Students are not allowed to logon unto any computer in the library without permission from the staff member on duty. • Students are not allowed to play games during the hours and periods listed on the Library Access List. 3. LOAN POLICIES: • Students’ loan allowance is listed on the Student Library Allowance Lists. This is also included in the Library Induction booklet, alternatively it is downloadable via the library’s page on the schools website at Library Inductions Documents . • Students’ loans are based on year groups.
