FLOATING is the first edition of an exhibition dedicated to contemporary glass sculpture, presented by Arte e Design Venezia at Lo Verso Art Studio Gallery in Giudecca during The Venice Glass Week 2026. Curated by Eleonora Varotto in collaboration with Lisa Balasso, the show gathers international artists who treat glass as a material of suspension, floating between solid and fluid, memory and transformation. Their sculptures range from rigorous formal research to free experimentation, weaving a dialogue between glassmaking tradition and contemporary vision, echoing Venice's own timeless, suspended atmosphere.
