Over a period of time they have been using electronic and telecommunication networks extensively to provide products and services to the customers. This study attempts to understand and identify bankers perception of benefits and risks associated with electronic banking facilities in Ethiopia. Bank employees were the primary source of data and the data so collected was analyzed using mean score analysis.
