SAPAL
Elastic Sealant & Waterproofer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SAPAL is weather resistant, water-based acrylic
sealant and waterproofer for use as sealant and
waterproofing membrane for old and new roofs,
gutters, joints and cracks, and for to common
construction materials including concrete, tegula,
cement metal surfaces, tumbler and plastic that cures
into a tough elastic film that withstand severe
expansion and contraction movements. It is elastic,
ready to use weather resistant, durable solvent-free,
does not crack over time and can be painted over with
a water-based paint.

APPLICATION
As Sealant
Clean and dry the surface before application. Remove all laitance, dust, oil, contaminants and previous
coating from area of application, Scrape off flaking
paint and any loose material.
Apply SAPAL on the area of application with the use
of spatula. Do not dilute with water. Apply SAPAL
