What Foods Should I Avoid if I Have Peptic Ulcers?
A peptic ulcer is an inflammatory suppurating lesion of the mucous membrane lining of
the alimentary tract. These conditions are painful in the first part of the small intestine,
known as the duodenum. Ulcers are common in people who take certain pain-relievers
such as Ibuprofen but there are many other underlying reasons why we get them.

Types of Ulcers
Ulcers are identified based on their location. The three main types of ulcers are:
